Members of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association (KAREA) raised $2,320.65 for local Food banks this holiday season. The Public Relations Committee delivered a cheque and turkeys to the Partners in Mission Food Bank in Kingston.

The Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation supports shelter-related charities in Ontario.
Over $7,000 was distributed to three local charities through the Ontario REALTORS Care® Every Member Counts Campaign for 2018.
The recipients were Hospice Lennox & Addington, Hospice Kingston and Kingston Interval House.
Members of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association made the cheque presentations to the charities.

KAREA Volunteers Collect Donations at Ribfest!
For the second year in a row KAREA Members and friends collected donations for the Partners in Mission Food Bank at Kingston’s Ribfest & Craft Beer Show. Over $2,800 was collected, as well as over 2,000 lbs food!


In it’s 13th year, the Ontario REALTORS Care® Foundation Motorcycle Ride for Charity ended its 2018 ride at Old Fort Henry in Kingston, Ontario.
REALTOR® members of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association welcomed the group of 40 + with a $500 cheque to the Foundation.
100% of the proceeds from the RIDE benefit the Ontario REALTORS CARE® Foundation which supports shelter related organizations across Ontario.

KAREA Members Raise Funds for the Kingston Youth Shelter at Annual Bowl-a-thon!
On April 12th, 2018 local REALTORS® and friends laced up their bowling shoes for the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association’s 15th Annual Bowl a Thon! $6,500 was raised for the Kingston Youth Shelter and many thanks are due to everyone who contributed to this event.
